Who should wear DRACS?

I am wondering if casters like a windy druid can benefit from Dracs?

Missile shooters don't need massive leech, but melee characters will benefit a lot from lifetap. Once lifetap is running, you are more or less immortal, as long as you can leech from a non-PI monster.

Lifetap only works with physical damage from weapons, not with physical damage from skills like tornado. It does work with smite, unlike normal leech.

Still the up to 15 str and life after each kill would be nice for a caster, but usually other gloves offer more for the caster
