My MF Hammerdin is level 75 and does about 3000 damage per hammer. I'd like to improve that, but I don't want to hurt FCR or MF too much (in fact, I'd like to improve those too).
Current gear--
Weapon: Spectral Shard
Shield: Akaran Rondache w/ Rhyme RW
Helm: Stealskull
Body: Duriel's Shell
Belt: Bladebuckle
Hands: Chance Gloves
Feet: Tearhaunch
Amulet: Monk's Amulet of Fortune (+1 Pal skills, +21% MF)
Ring1: Raven Frost
Ring2: Dwarf Star
Options (I don't have enough wealth to trade, I don't think)--
Weapon: Milabrega's Rod, The Atlantean
Shield: Milabrega's Orb, Lidless Wall, Steelclash, The Ward, A new Rhyme.
Helm: Milabrega's Diadem, Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest, Ptopazed helm.
Body: Goldskin, Rockfleece, Silks of the Victor, The Spirit Shroud, Ptopazed body.
Belt: M'avina's Tenet, Tal Rasha's Fine-Spun Cloth
Hands: Venom Grip
Feet: Immortal King's Pillar, Rite of Passage, Sander's Riprap, Treads of Cthon
Amulet: Civerb's Icon, Commander's Amulet (+2 offensive auras), Preserver's Amulet of Chance (+1 defensive auras, +9% MF), some crafted ammy.
Rings: Skull Grasp (crafted, +5 Eng +34 Mana +13 Stam Regenerate Mana 7%), some other crafted ring.
Thoughts and opinions? My Hammerdin is struggling a bit in Hell. I've been thinking of upping his skills so he kills faster, but that would drop my MF/defense/runningspd/FCR.
Anyway... if these were your options for "improving" what would you do?
