What skill is the best for hell meph runs? Meteor, Blizz?

It does not really matter what you use - most people go with Blizzard. Both get the job done with max points and synergies. Its all within matters of perception imho.

Only for Hell Meph? Then Blizzard. It tears through Meph like (insert crappy simile here).

Blizz. Meph has 75 resist all, but CM lowers it to approx -100.

i would definately go blizzard. like he said with the CM you will tear Meph to shreads
