Seriously, thats a lot of cb there.. My guess is: yes. If your life is low you might be in trouble. You will need like 4k++. Also without life tap you are dead meat. (Get a life tap wand). Howl helps a lot.

What are you using for amu/rings? Anything socketed in arreat? (40ed jewel or 15 ias jewel can be considered if that makes you hit the next bp.)

Life tap is the key i think to doing easy Uber Trist. I've taken all three Ubers on at once and stood in the middle of a swarm and survived because of Life Tap.

Last wish has a 10% chance to cast lvl 18 life tap, so with 2x it should be fine. Though why use two of those? Only one of the lvl 17 might auras will apply, so why have two?

Though, you don't really need venom grips...the gloves shouldn't matter much as the swords already have 60-70% crushing blow, prevent monster heal, and a slew of other mods.

how about up'd lavagouts insted of the vemon grips, and i thought that the might would stack like the holy shock on dream, and probelly a um in the arrets. and probelly cats eye or high lords, and for rings raven frost and dawrf star

Two Last Wishes sounds really slow. A Beast will help a lot with speed and give a good attack rating bonus.

-Beast is not a sword rw. A very good setup is Beast ba/Lw ba or Beast/death (cheaper) ba.

-If you wanna use dual lw Pb you still need 39% ias to get last frenzy bp.
Your cb will be massive and your life tap will trigger more often than with dracs: switch out Dracs and try LoH, your damage will suck with phase blades, that means you will be mighty slow in killing at the end, Laying of Hands will help you out.
LoH+Highlord=40% ias so you reach last frenzy bp at 5 fpa.
-Imo you don't need Dwarf Star, Fire won't kill you, go dual Raven for AR.
-Lava Gout might be good for triggering enchant.
-PMH doesn't work on ubers: use poison damage from charms/whatever.
-If you can afford 2 Last Wish I suggest you to switch your armor to CoH, more resists and more damage to demons. +2 skillz helps with resists, which are essential. That because you won't be using Mara, so extra res will help.
