WW barb dueling question

I was wondering... why do ppl use Beastzerker and Ebotdzerker instead of dueling 2 ebotdz? I had the beastz and ebotdz setup, and absolutely hated it; you had to repair beastz like 2-3 times a day, lower dmg (ebotdz > beastz). with 2 ebotdz (which i now got) i got 2 indestructible weapons, +60 to all stats, and better dmg overall...? I know the fanat aura, but still on ww?

best weapons for pvp for bvc barb are grief zerker and beast
even lowest grief has more dmg than 415% ebotz. on the other hand beast gives you str bonus as well as nice boost in ar and dmg through the fnaticsm aura.
if you play pvm on the other hand 2 ebotdz are one of the best choices.
