which gloves?

I'm building a zealing enchantress and I have most of my gear, or I know what I'm after. However I'm not sure which gloves to use. I need 20IAS and lots of resists, preferably to all elements. Secondary concerns are str and life. Which gloves fit best? I also intend to crafts some blood and safety gloves and see what I get

I'd say some rare ones or crafted, if you go PvM then you can use LoH (disciple set) since it has 20%ias,350%ed demons and 50%fire res.
