Fun R/w PvP barb

So Ive decided to make a char purely for fun altho of course id like it to be good to. I was going to base it around faster r/w. Is there a cap on this or diminishing returns? Any suggestions for gear? I have never really played a barb b4 So I need some help. My main ability will be that thing that increases r/w and attack speed. Here is the gear i was thinking of
Rare circlet with +to barb skills and 30 r/w
cats eye
Engima
Eth Aldurs /Nats/IK Boots
Mavinas belt
As for weapons I think Im just going to go for damage so what would be best for this. Also for Skills I think im going to max the synergies but what else.

On you weapon you are going to need damage and ias for this barb to be effective. That is if your going to use wirlwind. What attack skills are you going to use.

Get 150% r/w, and a 9 fpa beserk with a grief BA, and i think it would be fun and work out nicely

Hell, have you considered frenzy for even more r/w? I think Grief/Beast while frenzy charged+ beserk would be sick

Another idea, is farcasting beserk with an godly eth javelin of some sort, although this is OT
