Berserker Gloves Question

I was can't really choose between these two

Lava Gout
2% lvl 10 Enchant on strike
20% IAS
13-46 Fire Dmg

24 Fres
Half Freeze Dur

OR

Rare Gloves
20 IAS
xxx Edef
xxx Res
Knockback
Some other nice mod (Leech/AR/Weaken-Inner Sight Charges)

The enchant really helps with AR and adds dmg, and Lava Gout are easier/cheaper to find/trade.. The knockback on the rares would buy me some time if the monster doesn't die in one hit..

Exactly what build are we talking about?
Lava gout if it was up to me. Knockback is a bad thing for barbs. But there are far more superior gloves to these, available for pgs or low runes.

Berserk build.. So if I hit I have no defence, so anything that doesn't die in one hit is knockbacked, giving me more room. Maybe you could give some suggestions for other gloves? I don't need any mod from Steelrend and I have Dracul's and LoH in stash.

Dracs and loh would be the gloves of choice.

most zerkers max warcry so they can stun then, then zerk. maxed warcry gives you something like 4.5 seconds which is plenty of time to get your killing on

Never use knockback with a barb, I don't think. Loh have nice mods, I would use those or draculs.

I maxed howl instead, synergy with berserk, and scaring is just as good as stunning for me.

You will be suprised. I'm still testing now, but on /players4 only act4 is a little harder, with the venomlords/urdar/spitter beasts with lots of hp.

So I have 1 open socket, in Arreat's Face. I'll need some FHR/Res Charms And some FHR/AR charms. I'll test today with dracs and loh, all suggestions for gloves/other items are welcome :)

So you are not hitting the 12 fp breakpoint. With your damage/leach I believe you dont need dracs, (in sp we dont have ubers, dont we?) so go with LoH to hit the next bp. Or with a 15ias jewel. If you go with LoH put a 40%ED jewel in your arreat, and you will kill everything in one shot.

Correct me if I'm wrong but LL doesn't work with Zerk and thus Draculs really aren't the best choice.

I'd go with LoH.
