You should probably use one of the flail-type weapons, as they are the fastest (I think).

I believe scourge is the fasest weapon you can make Black in. Odds are, this is what you'll need more than damage, since IIRC Black only carries 10% ias naturally - you'll need a little help making zeal breakpoints, or whatever, with any Black weapon, but flail/knout/scourge will be the easiest.
