My 2 concerns for my gear
Eth Upped Arreats OR Guilluame face?
Fortitude OR Duress?

I have no idea what to choose, since those were from the BvB Tuner guide which I really enjoyed reading, anyone help?

Yup. I'd use the Fury Zerker with SS as well. 100% OW is yummy.
