Level of Cold Mastery

Will build a level 49 Blizzard Sorc shortly.

I have 60 skillpoints to divide. I need 7 points for pre's + wonders.
Blizzard will be maxed, leaving me with 33 left.

How to divide this between Ice Blast and Cold Mastery?

I have +21 cold skills, -15%/15%.
Duels are normally held in Normal or Nightmare.

20 ice blast/13 mastery seems my best option atm. Will give me lvl 34 cold mastery + 2 nice attacks.

Or maybe I should max the mastery?

Help me out, please.

IIRC, i maxed iceblast on my 49. While cmastery is good, between facets (using a 3201010 circ + 1515 atod?) you should be getting enough -res to be efficient as it is.
-100 res is essentially double damage, but if you don't have decent damage to begin with, its not much help ;)

Also, if you're planning to spend 5 pts to get chilling, consider a prebuff staff, or +3 chilling on insight staff for regen? - would give you -25 more cres on your mastery.

You advice 20 blizz/20 ice blast/rest in CM? That's my plan atm.
