Those are good choices if u can afford them, I cant. I do use a ebotdz on my ww barb. I change his second hand between Doomz/Eth Oath Z, both have their ups and downs but I do just fine in pvm and use this char almost exclusivly for key/organ collecting.

ebotd + grief

For PvM, I would use EBotD x2 if you can get them, since repair charges will eat you alive with other weapons, and the stats on BotD are perfect for PvM.

if you're rich enough, you could waste the runes on an ebotd champion axe, just for style points.

I can't believe no one said Beast Zerker! It's good and only needs one high rune. Beast and Grief would probably be my first choices. Kingslayer isn't too shabby though and easier to make. Adds good CB and OW.

And costs a hobag to repair.

if this was pvp then yes this setup is correct but seeing how this is pvm the only things that really matter is duel leech and stats and the fact that both weaps are indestructable makes EBotds king of pvm.

Grief will net u more dmg with the grief + Beast but grief breaks so fast in pvm its a joke u will be using more gold to stop both waps from braking

The 25 durability on zerkers is plenty enough time to find some wands/armors during killing to make up for the tens of thousands of gold it will cost to repair most of its durability

Unless the grief is superior in which case you are screwed

Yeah, the only 5os zerk I could trade for was one that was sup with +1 ar and it's freaking killing my frenzy barb. I've started collecting low runes again just to try to get enough orts to play him ocasionaly.

IMO The difference in damage(PvM-wise) between Grief + Beast and 2x EBoTDZ is so minute, I'd rather have 2 indestructable weapons and use that extra gold to gamble. The repair costs build up.

As stated if they are superior then u will have problems but again this is why ppl use botd in pvm cuz there is zero repair cost so all u have to do is repair other items.

on the contrary the 25% crushing blow on beast >>>> botd by far, and the repair cost isn't exactly huge either.

if you're lazy and settle for 2x botd i suggest stacking up on crushing blow from guillaumes/gores/rends.
