Dealing with fetish dolls

What is the best way to deal with fetish dolls. Their corpse explosion thing when they die is a real pain. I have actually gotten to the point where I just howl them away, but is there anything other then having lots of life that you can do to combat these pains?

Life tap and kill them or let your merc kill them (when you are a bit away).

merc is best way as i believe they dont take dmg from that explosion. otherwise lifetap them first.

Lots of leech/life after kill and keep moving, ww through and keep going, only go for the unique ones ;)

I don't know about you guys, but my barbs can just tank it.

Enough life, and your barb will just feel a tickle.
Lifeleech is pretty useless against those dolls, since they are undead. If you want to leech, you'd better go for lifetap.
