Best nec stats please

hey i just started d2 expansion and i wanna be a summon necro but i duno wat stats and skills to get up can someone plz help me. ive never been on battlenet b4 so im just on single player.

Max Raise Skeleton, Skeleton Mastery, Skeletal Mage, Corpse Explosion. One point each in Amp, Decrepify, Clay Golem, Golem Mastery, Summon Resist.

Stats:
-enough strength for gear
-enough dexterity for gear or for max block
-rest into vitality
-none into energy
