View Full Version : Bone or Summoner Nec?

I don't have a single nec on my account so now I want to make one but I don't know if I should make a bone or summoner nec. I wanna play a nec that is alot of fun from beginning to end. Summoner necs will probably be fun at the beginning but will be dull at the end while bone necs are slow lvling at the beginning middle and end but can pk really well which is fun when your bored.

Are summoners effective at all in hell and can I get a guide for a pure summoner, no hybrid?I like curses though so make it a summoner/curser.

Which one is more fun to play in your opinion and say why pls.

Boners are for pvp, this is because BS chases after one target.. no crowd control, takes for ever to kill things(Very true for cs).

Summoners are strictly pvm and are pretty fun to play, but to be honest, they really come up short in hell.
Don't get me wrong, they can clear cs, but slowly...

I like Bone Necro's for classic. I usually make a pure bone (no other tree). For leveling and general PvM I join large public games and switch out dueling gear for Iratha set and a good block shield. For PvM wands I usualy pack a few with dif' curses and switch depending on the group I am with. Other players make the BEST minions imo.

The fastest killing pvm nec is by far the amp/CE/Bspirit hybrid. It can solo hell cs in 3 minutes with decent gear, in a 1 player game that is. In 8 player games, makes great support and still hurts a lot


Get a clay golem to tank, bspirit to get those first 2 bodies down, amp + ce like a machine :) (20 bspirit/20 bprison, mabye more to bone wall at higher levels)
