fant aura level on gmb faith

Okay so I rolled a 13 fant aura on my gmb faith. Is this good enough to reach the final breakpoint without having to adjust more items than a level 15? Like how a grief z needs 34 ias for barb. Should I hel it and make a new faith? By the way this is a guided arrow pvp zon.

According to the D2 InGame calc:
At lvl 13 fanat the 2 frame strafe bp is 37 IAS.

Guided Arrow bp's @13 fanat:
11 frame - 0 IAS
10 frame - 7 IAS
9 frame - 23 IAS
8 frame - 48 IAS
7 frame - 95 IAS
