Frenzy + Feral rage stack bug?

ok ive just been wondering if theres a way to stack the effects of Frenzy and Feral rage? a barb can get feral rage, lycanthropy, and werewolf, by wearing wolfhowl right? so if a barb goes into frenzy, transforms into a werewolf and uses feral rage do the attack bonuses and speed bonuses stack? i havent leveled him high enough to try it out yet, but it just seems interesting to me. what do you guys think?

I doubt the ias stacks, but the run/walk would - for the whole second that frenzy would still be in effect. Frenzy's bonuses last approximately two seconds, then wear off.
