Can't make hell games

Hi, I just killed nightmare baal and am in hell difficulty now. However, while i can join hell difficulty games, I cannot create a hell difficulty game on my own. Why is this and how do i fix it? thanks

did you take the portal to Destruction's End after you killed baal?

well, if you kill baal and go directly screen where you find games to join, sometimes you gotta "refresh" diablo and exit teh character jsut for a sec and try again, other than that it sounds like a bug

As Skoty said. After you kill Baal, you have to exit the chat screen to the main character screen before it refreshes your status. The same thing with levelling (and gear, I think); the avatar in the chat screen is not updated automatically.

By the way, there is no need to take Tyrael's portal after completing the Baal quest; save & exit is enough.

i believe you have to exit your cha and log in again
