Faster hitrecovery breakpoints for sorcs?

My best friend google finds all kind of crap some very old and I am not sure if those are still valid, can someone please give me a link to an up-to-date faster hitrecovery breakpoint table for sorcs? Thanks in advance

So Tal Set (25%), Spirit (55%) and 2 small 5% charms put me at the 86% break point (7 frames) looks correct, she recovery quickly :).
