When rerolling grand charms for skillers, does it matter the lvl of the charm or just the level of monsters it comes from?

The level of the charm is the level of the monster that dropped it. You'll want a charm that has an ilvl of at least 50, so this means that you'll want a GC that has been dropped by a monster who's mlvl was at least 50 as well.

Did you mean the character level was not important? If so, that's correct. The clvl of the person doing the re-rolls wouldn't change anything.

I got a gc that dropped in diablos sactuary in hell that has a required lvl of 9, Can i use that to make a skiller or is it not high enough? Also if only the lvl of the monster matters can you keep rerolling the same one till u get one?

Yes, that charm is alright to keep re-rolling. The clvl requirement is only based on it's current affixes, and indicate anything about the charm's ilvl (except if you were to roll a high affix that could only spawn on a certain charm).

You can indeed keep re-rolling the same charm over and over, until you get a skiller. This is what most people generally do :thumbsup:
