Javazon Skill/Stats Question

Alright. So im planning on building a javazon. its been a while since ive played D2 so im not really up to date with all the recent and upcoming changes.

Gear isnt an issue, i have that covered. Im just really confused as to what to put my skills/stats into.
I dont find myself pvping all that often.
Build wise, i was thinking of pumping all lightning skills along with a couple of points into dodge, evade, avoid etc. I guess im lookin for an all purpose javazon build. if you guys have time, please post a pvm build with a pvp alternative including stats. also lemme know what you guys think of the whole pumping lightning skills idea i have.

I currently have a level 88 HC pure lightning javazon

Base stats are as follow:
115 strenght
150 dexterity
250 vitality
15 energy

Base skills placement:
1 in prereqs (passive and javelin/spear tree)
20 CS
20 LF
20 LS
20 Valk
5 in pierce
0 in impale and nothing in the bow/xbow tree

You only need enough strenght/dexterity to wield stormshield and matriarchal javelin (ideally). You dont really need more, you'll have max block and you dont want to wield heavier armor since heavier = slower.

Currently I have 1 skillpoint left, I'm prolly gonna invest some more in the passive tree, possibly max pierce to avoid requiring razortail. Dont really need any more damage in lightning synnergy. Skillers and +skill gear should cover the rest.
