What is the difference between Crushing Blow and Deadly Strike ? I mean what are those things and how are they different?
And Chance to open wound is something like poison?

Deadly strike: It doubles your physical damage. It can also double your elemental damage if the attack converts your physical damage to elemental, such as the Amazon's Lighting Bolt skill (and the barbarians berserk skill). This doesn't work with vengence though, as that skill isn't converting the physical damage.

Deadly Strike is applied after skills such as Critical Strike and any other damage bonuses. Critical Strike (CS) and Deadly Strike (DS) exclude each other (ie, if one triggers, the other won't). Critical Strike is rolled first.

Crushing Blow: The chance to reduce a targets current life by a certain amount:

Normal Monster hit with a melee weapon: 1/4
Normal Monster hit with a ranged weapon: 1/8
Boss/Champion Monster hit with a melee weapon: 1/8
Boss/Champion Monster hit with a ranged weapon: 1/16
Player/Hireling hit with a melee weapon: 1/10
Player/Hireling hit with a ranged weapon: 1/20

Crushing blow is affected by physical resistances (for players, damage reduced by %), though only if it's positive (negative physical resist won't increase the damage), and is applied before weapon damage. Skills such as deadly strike and critical strike do not amplify the damage even further. Likewise, Crushing Blow will not transfer to splash damage (like in the case of exploding arrow).

Crushing Blow % only applies for the weapon attacking + any sources on armor. If your duel wielding weapons, and both of them have CB, only the CB on the attacking weapon + armor will count. For example, if you wield a 'Black' runeword weapon, and another CB weapon, when attacking with the 'Black' runeword, you would get 40% CB, regardless of what the second weapon had. If you also had goblin toe, for example, you would get 65% CB for the 'Black' weapon (40% + 25%).

Crushing blow doesn't scale directly with increase player count

Open Wounds: The chance to deal an attack similar to poison, in that it slowly reduces the targets life. This is treated in the same fashion as regeneration, though only negative. Open wounds has a duration of 8 seconds (200 frames), and the amount of damage dealt throughout that time is based on your character level:

Damage per frame:
Clvl=1-15: ((9*Clvl+31)/256)) * Modifier
Clvl=16-30: ((18*Clvl-104)/256) * Modifier
Clvl=31-45: ((27*Clvl-374)/256) * Modifier
Clvl=46-60: ((36*Clvl-779)/256) * Modifier
Clvl=61-99: ((45*Clvl-1319)/256) * Modifier

Modifier:
Triggers on a Player with attacker using a Melee Attack: 0.25
Triggers on a Player with attacker using Ranged Attack: 0.125
Triggers on a Boss Monster with attacker using Ranged or Melee: 0.5
Trigger on Other Targets with attacker using Ranged or Melee: 1

You don't have to deal damage to the monster in order to apply OW to it. However, if the monster is at full health, it doesn't regenerate at all, so the negative regeneration from OW is ignored. That means the OW will remain in a dormant state until either the 8 second OW timer runs out (in which case the OW disappears) or the monster drops from full hitpoints (in which case the OW starts taking effect for the remainder of the duration).

Multiple open wounds do not stack with each other in terms of damage but the highest damage from multiple open wounds sources is always used. Each new open wounds resets the bleeding timer to 8 seconds and changes the damage rate only if the new damage rate is higher than the previous one
