Where can I found out when the ladder is going to re-roll?

Also, do I lose all my equipment when this happens?

No one knows when the Ladder will reset. Whenever it does, all Ladder chars, including their gear, will be transferred to NL. Nothing is lost.

You don't lose any items when the ladder resets, but your ladder characters will become nonladder and can no longer join ladder games.
Blizzard decides when the ladder will reset, but they won't disclose that information until when it's actually going to happen. Do a search for "ladder reset" in the forum and you'll find a lot of threads on that.
