Can you run multiple accounts with the same cd-key?
Can you have 2 computers play at the same time with the same cd key, providing they have the same ip number?

It is not really clear to me what is allowed in this sense and what is not. Thx a lot!

no, u need to have a different cd key to run 2 copies of d2, let alone the acct.

Can you run multiple accounts with the same cd-key? Yes. You can have any number of accounts. I, personally, have around 7 active accounts. I think krischan has like 25+.
Can you have 2 computers play at the same time with the same cd keyNo. Battle.net will not allow 2 Diablo 2 instances to connect that are using the same cd-key. The second instance will be blocked and receive a message saying the cd-key is in use. The ip address of the computers does not matter.

u will need 2 copies of both the original game and LoD as bliz will check the cd key of both when u run the game. i belive if they're the same, u will end up not being able to run one copy.
