How successful would this be?

So I have a 195 40 ias partizan. If I were to use the pskull soj recipe to get a high quality item, how good would it be, and would it lose any mods? I've never tried it before so I'm wondering if I should. Thanks in advance.

It's basically a re-roll of mods on your weapon, and re-rolls usually come out with worse mods than before. Also, I wouldn't waste a SoJ to re-roll that weapon. If anything, socketing an item, or trading the SoJ for something better would be wiser. And if you were wondering if you should socket that weapon, don't bother; there are higher damage Partizans that I've come across that were worth socketing than what you have now.

Not looking like such a great idea. However, if you are on non-ladder and have an infinite number of sojs and for some reason want a rediculous partizan, knock yourself out.
