How do I Get A Display Pic???

hey im just wondering how i get a display pic in the forums over on the side where it shows my post count and all that

Go to User CP on top, then go to "Edit Avatar". Then just paste the link to a picture you want as your avatar.

ive got a similar problem, no avatars display once ive logged in to the forum but if i browse it without logging in everyone (inc me) has an avatar, just wondering if anyone else has this problem...... Its not really important but kind of annoying. (i use opera 7.6 using id = msie 6.0, incase your wondering)

Mine is off, just to load pages faster.
