hammerdin for ubers

I'm making a pally for ubers - only the singles, not tristram.
anyway I have a 78 hammerdin already mostly set up, so I'm thinking of using him and just getting him some smite gear. My question is, will this setup work on ubers:

guilliame face
gore riders
draculs grasp
upd vipermagi
random amulet
raven frost
dwarf star
nightsmoke
hoto/pally shield spirit
the redeemer/pally shield with diamonds on switch for smite
lifetap wand


so basically it's a hammerdin that uses the 1pt smite prerequisite on ubers, I'm just curious to know if my gear sucks too much for ubers or not

As long as you have good resists, as soon as Life Tap kicks in, the mini-Ubers are as good as dead.
