Printscreen probs

Whenever I use the printsceen button, I get a grainy image instead.

Anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it?

Nope, never. I once made the fatal mistake of binding the "S" key to screenshot.

I do know that I get two images when I use the printscreen button; I think one has a lower quality.

You might be getting 2 images because you have alot of screenshots in your directory?


remsy, how are you performing the print screen? Do you print screen and then go to a program like MSPaint and then choose 'Paste', or do you check your Diablo 2 installation directory? If it's the former, you will most likely result in a grainly-type image. If it's the latter, then there might be something with your video card.

Yep, I'm getting this a lot too, but it's kind of random and I still haven't figured out the reason yet.

Are you using DirectDraw, Direct3D, or Glide? Try switching to one that you're not using and see if it still happens.
