Could you please state the best survival equipment for frenzy build? I guess that it would include Dracul's, Verdungo's, Guardian Angel... what about the weapons (2xBotD?), helm and the boots?

p.s. Is crown of ages better than Arreat's? Thanks.

I was considering maybe HC even, so I thought to get 50% PDR which is hard with Arreats. this is what I had in mind:

Helm: Crown of Ages 10% PDR 2 sockets (2xBer)
Armor: Guardian Angel Upd
gloves: dracs
Boots: Gores or Sandstorm perhaps
Belt: Verdungos
Amulet: Highlord
Rings: 2x Rave, or 1x Raven and 1x Carrion
Weapons: this is the worst thing to decide, but maybe two eth botd zerkers? The 60 to all bonus would give a lot to life...

Never tried it hardcore, but I don't see why not you have everything too kill quickly and survive Hell.

nothing is perfect for hardcore

whether you have 50 DR or 0 all it takes is 2-3 seconds of lag spikes against a nasty pack in hell and its deeds for any build (except summoners)

and people keep forgetting one important fundamental fact of d2

--> you kill monsters faster --> they have less time to surround/kill you
