What are some decent, yet affordable (affordable = at the most, 1 HR) armors for a Concentrate barbarian?

Some equipment I definitely have planned out that may affect what you suggest:
Upgraded Swordguard
Stormshield (note: already have 156 base strength to use this)
Crafted Amulet with +10% chance to block
Evrae Altana

Evrae nailed it. Fort top choice followed by Duress.

Since my barbarian will have at least 186 strength with Stormshield, what would be the best base armor for those runewords? Trade value of it doesn't really matter to me.

I'd prefer that you list the top 3 or 4 base armors for it. Or "anything with at least __ defense"

Archon Plate for value.
Kraken Shell for looks. You'll have enough strength for the Kraken Shell.
