whats best bone necro summon necro or hybrid pnb/summon necro?

There's really no answer. This is like asking what's better, fire sorc or cold sorc? It depends on your playstyle.
If you're new to the game however, a summon necro would probably be the easiest to start off with.

my first character was a bone necro...but it was also my first character ;-) so I messed up a lot of the point distribution and I got stuck at lv 85...the only things I can run are the countess and the summoner, cuz I die everywhere else....

I did manage to take him through the uber's though...
