Rare jewel-how good are they?

What are the top mods that you can get on an rare jewel?How much ed?Pros pls help!And what other good mods can u get?

40% ed, 15% ias, 15% all res, +100 AR, +15 max dmg, (not on same jewel of course:shocked: )

Edit: oh on rares the mods can only be as high as 30%ed, 10% all res., +60 AR and +9 max dmg.:hanky: (and iam pretty sure that ias can't spawn on rares

Some rare jewels that can go for insanely high price are jewels with a good combination of: strength, dexterity, FHR, resist.
