Invisible Weapon

I have been told by many people on Bnet that my sword is invisible. The people that tell me this say that I'm punching. I have the sword equipped and I can see it on my Pally. It is a flamberge that has many runes in it and it says Spirit Flamberge and has the rune names. I was wondering if this is supposed to happen or not so as to not lose it if it ends up being a bug. Any help is appreciated.

It's a minor bug. What's happening is that you are meeting the requirements of your sword through charms. Even though the sword looks fine on your end, it won't appear on other peoples end. The same applies for anything else that you equip with the use of charms (eg armor, shields, helms).

It's only a visual bug.

If you got a dupe it would just poof eventually.

Also How long would it take for it to poof. I have had it for a while now and just started using it about a week ago after meeting requirements.

It's random. If it is a dupe, it could disappear tomorrow, it could disappear in 2 months time, or you might have it forever.


Edit: It's unlikely that your spirit sword is a dupe though.

Thats good I was just a little suspicious because I got it for free from this guy.
Also how do I specify my signature on the message boards?

To have a signature, you'll need to become a Pal (http://forums.diabloii.net/payments.php). It's really cheap, plus there's other advantages too. :thumbsup:

Oh, well I just wanted something to pop up at the end so that I could put what charachter I'm playing and what realm. Is there any other way I can do that?

Well, you've already indicated what realm you're using in your user profile (you should be able to see it under your name, to the left). I assume you wanted to list your account name for trading purposes or something? If so, just list it at the end/start of any trade thread.

You probably won't want to list the characters, because you might end up having quite abit :thumbsup:
