First PvP Necro

I've just gotten to the point where I'm happy with my wealth level, and would like to move from PvM into PvP.

I hear that PvP Bone Necros are pretty strong builds, so I'm going to start with one. A couple questions:

1. I don't BM duel, but when I see people stealing/nking/etc, it really irritates me. Especially when everyone else in the duel game is acting like normal human beings. Would a PvP Boner be able to handle most BM kiddies?

2. How do PvP Boners hold up against the builds i usually have trouble with: tele'ing hdins, 200 fcr fb sorcs, and good orb sorcs?

Also, any suggestions are welcome.

well this is a fairly common question and ill answer it to the best of my ability

a pure pvp pnp nec can kill any other char....but as far as getting very good with him...takes alot of practice(and the learning curve is you need to pub duel to get the practice...so your ll get bmed for awhile)

name locking shines on a nec...name lock spear spear spear(my nec hits about 5200 dmg at 125% fcr).

so to answer your question...nec=very solid build in pvp
but will take time

Awesome, thanks for the input.. my necro has just hit 65 (and thus enigma), and i've just started playing around with the hotkeys trying to tele/spam/aim/not die all at the same time...definitely a learning curve here.

trying to lvl to 81 to use arach -- i need that next fcr bp.

out of curiosity, is it worth it to hit 125 fcr? as i understand it, you need to use use vipermagi to hit 125 -- in which case you have to lose tele on enigma.

any ideas?

you cannot loose the enigma - that is the hard part :thumbsup:
AFAIK 125 is rather essential for a pvp bone necro - you need to tele fast so that you can both spam spells and retreat/reposition whenever in danger.

read the boner PvP guide it tells you all you need to know on how to get 125FCR, with a lot of different types of gear. Trust me it will help you a lot, and if your on ladder then insight is all you need to keep mana up.
