Is there any circumstance where this helm would be useful? I had one drop in my game and will make a druid around it if it is any good.

Nice def but iirc AR on it can go to 120 or 130.

cerebus is nice vs high def chars like barbs and smiters but jalals is better vs most chars cause of the skills/fhr/res/str bonus etc
