havent played in a while 2 years actually, alot has changed i see, can a barb be viable for BvB and BvC essentially BvA?

back in the day like 2XX dex was needed for max block on SS, for BvC that seems high but needed for BvB.

planning on using Grief and Beast zerkers for casters, n Doom backup?, grief za for BvB with shield to be determined yet..

any thoughts?

Yeah A bvA is do able but the only problem is because this is a sorta hybrid it will never be as good as say a pure bvb in bvb fight or as good as a BvC for caster fights.

Shield there is ONLY 1 shield to use and that is Storm shield, nothing else.

there is a formula that calculates the dext needed for max block (and i cant find it :sad2:) it dependes on shar lvls so. how much dex you will need really is determoned from your char lvl .

ok found it

Total Blocking % = [Blocking x (Dexterity - 15)] / (Character Level x 2)
To find out how much dexterity you need at a certain level with a certain shield, use this formula.
Dex Required = {[(75 x (Level x 2)] / Shield's Block %} +15
Round up on decimals.
Blocking drops by 1/3 when running.
