What dose this add for you? I'm guessing +skills/resist/???? Also what are the best stats for them?

The Torch also has +8 to light radius, chance to cast Firestorm on striking, and some Hydra charges in addition to the mods above. The Firestorm is cool looking, and the light radius and Hydra is just bleh.
