38 raise skele = 15 skeles... apparently not...

i was told that 38 raise skele would get me 15 skeles, however, i have 38 raise skele and i've only got 14 skeles - is there anything else required to get 15 skeles? or do i simply not have enough raise skele skill?

How did anyone get 38? Skeles increase by 1 at every multiple of 3, so it should be 39.

maybe its 39..i think i said 38-39....i dunno....i have 41/41 now...
