BVC RW speed ? and leap ?

Ok 2 questions, I think I may have gone overboard on RW number.

1) what is the ideal RW number I need after items and with BO on?

2) what is the radius diff between lvl 22 leap and like 28 or 29 leap. I think 29 would be my max on my build if I redo. Current is 22 with BO. After reading a few posts I am wondering if I should have maxed leap instead of starting to pump up Shout.

1) r/w =lvl 14 after all +skill and bc (45 % frw) enough to outrun fbs, bs, etc..

2) imo shout need be not less than lvl 19 , basically you are aiming atabout 10- 11 k def if im not wrong.
rest of skill points i think are better to be invested in leap

no that run walk speed is too fast as it will not allow u to stay in range long enough to have the highest amount of hit checks. 40 % is what u have to aim for as this will keep u in ww range long enough to still get maximm number of hit checks.

the ideal leap ranges work like this, lvl 15 is for 640x 480 full screen kock back lvl 19 is need for 800x 600 res full screen knock back and to include edges u will need a lvl 21 leap. and higher lvlv give more radius

so what is the number that is the 40% number with skills, skill lvl 15 I think gives +40%, 14 as stated above I think is 39%. I went with 14 like above but now that you said it was to high I am sorta confused. After items and BO what is the ideal number to have in Increased speed for the best amount of hits?

40% with gear and after bo

ahh you are right it need be 40% frw (for some reason thought 14 gives 45 %)
why did i think 45% i dunno

anyway lvl 14 increased speed after +skill items and bo is what you need
