ATMA and Key of ???

I finally got the “Key of Hate”. Now the ATMA program is refusing to mule that character. It says it can’t open the XXX.DC6 file. Does anyone know about this? Is there a fix for it? HELP!!!!

Get rid of the key.

ATMA is a great add-in application for non realm Single Players. However, the new keys do nothing in Single Player and are known to crash ATMA, as you now see.

The only exception would be if you are running a mod to single player such as Plugy??? Pluggy??? Not sure of the name but there are non bliz mods for Single Player that add the Pandemonium Event and the soj counter/Diablo Clone/anni event.

Yes, that is correct. The world events are closed realm only.

Not unless you are playing a modded version of single player that allows them.
Kind of nasty of Blizzard to drop the keys and make them useless. Kinda like building an "SOJ's sold to vendors" counter into Single Player and never spawning the clone.

Still, as a Single Player you have access to ATMA, repeatable maps, and the "/players 8" comand that allows you to play like you're in an 8 player game without a single idiot PK/Beggar/leacher. You can make an unlimited number of characters and they never expire. You can back up your character files to a floppy disk. But, most important, YOU HAVE NO LAG, CONNECTION INTERRUPTED or TEMP IP BAN!

It's not all bad.
