laggy connection?

I've had some problems w/ my connection lately, it's like, after 15 min. play game freezes for a while and i get dropped, it only freezes for me, but i'm not getting dropped at once, i stand still( or thats how others sees it, i run around 'cause i don't know game is freezing) and then i get killed(i don't know about this before i reenter my acc). this also happens when i'm playing other games over the internet.
it's driving me crazy since after like 4-6 of these drops, battle net "blocks" me for like a day or three.:cry:

I forgot to add that i'm getting dropped back to the chatroom when i'm changing act "by quest", i.e. when i have killed dia and enter tyrials red portal, i can see the act movie but game freezes in act 5.
Someone please tell me what i should do.:undecided:

I don't really know about this, i'm playing at my parents com. my sister have a wireless router, which is standing here beside me, but i don't think i'm using it.

Maybe i'm just dumb but how do i do this?

I'm not sure how this would help, since it's not only happing in DII, but also in other games over the internet. i.e. warcraft and runescape. But i might aswell give it a shot since it's the only thing i'm sure i know how to do:jig: .

Your ISP is your internet service provider. Call them to see what the problem is or if there's a problem at all.
