at your level, you won't find one....if yuo have high LV characters, use them to MF like crazy...or try to trade for one....good luck

nm andariel because andy always drops a ring and nm is closest to the level of soj.

I just killed nm andy and she didn't drop a ring.

Try killing her a few hundred times more aka runs.
