Cold Mastery vs pvp

sup all. so im makin this pvp blizz sorc, and i;m just wondering whats the importance of maxing cold mastery for pvp?


some say it doesn't do anything, others say different. thought i'd ask people that know what they're talking about.

I'm no sorc master, but as far as I know, cold mastery is a VERY good thing in pvp... I'd say, max it.
