I read the Berserker guide in the guide forum, and it said that Berserk could not leech, nor be affected by Iron Maiden as it was 100% magic damage. However, when I use Berserk, it can leech off enemies. Does this mean that the damage done is physical, and can be affected by IM? I want to prepare ahead of time and be ready for those hella annoying Doom Knights.

The Arreat Summit also states that Berserk can't leech: http://www.bnetd.org/diablo2exp/skills/barbarian-combatskills.shtml

Perhaps Berserk doesn't convert the physical damage you do, simply adds to it. That is the impression I was under.

I only use zerk for PIs and those knights, and I never die from IM unless I do something dumb like trying to frenzy while fighting a group of them lol.

U sure u didnt have an item that had "add mana/life after kill"? And mistaken that for leech? Since berserk can and will 1-hit-kill many weak enemies (esp. ob knights, they have little life) U might mistake that for leech?

There must be some other explanation, as beserk does indeed convert all damage to magical, and magical damage does not leech. Perhaps high life regen from items, or as mentioned, +life/kill?
