Cheap PVP?

I am not the richest person but at the same time I am not an absolute cheap butt (for lack of a better word). Recently I have wanted to make a PVP char but I can't find any guides that are decently cost effective. The total cost I can give to this project is around 10 hr. Does anyone have some suggestions?

Make a hammerdin and learn to use charge for desynch and dodging all kinds of melee. No need to tele except very, very rarely.

Yeah, charge hammer is cheap and effective. I recommend enigma though because you'll get prisoned.

max block ss, es fber with plain gcs and ok life/mana scs does fine.

If he has 10HRs then he can use one to make himself a Grief PB, Another one for CoH or Fortitude (or 2 on Enigma), Another on a CTA - which is most of the equipment sorted.... Leaving 6 or 7HR left over to invest in other bits and pieces. And +17-19Life SCs are easy enough to come by if you don't need *perfect* gear.
Cheap ravenfrost for CBF or maybe shell out for a perf one - although with Smite you dont need the AR...

Cheap character on nl? Well you want 1337 godlyness or fun + viable? I would go for a lacerator phys dmg based kicker... of course you wont be ignoring venom in the slightest

hdins are boring

make an es, max block ss fber.
you can at least hit 1.4k life and 2k mana with decent gear and 18k fb
if someoen sorbs you, o well. you can get a conv merc or you can just aviod them since this build can take alot of hits due to a nice ratio of life/mana/resist/dr.

I'm assuming you mean a 400? Is Grief Ladder only? If not why can't you just make your own one for the cost of 1HR?
