How good can a nonmagical druid helm get? [Archive]

I just found a white/nonmagical druid helm with +3 to armageddon. Woo boy!, I thought, I can make delirium or whatever and get +5 to armageddon! Not that I even have a fire druid, of course, or know if that's a skill they even use. But hey, maybe I'd make one. Unless, of course, these +3 to armageddon helms aren't so great after all.

Anyway, is it possible for me to also find a druid helm with +X to an entire skills tab? For example, could I find a runeword-able druid helm with +3 to elemental skills as well as +3 to armageddon? That would make a great runeword. . .

I found a +3 maul +1 bear +1 lycan helm level 30 pelt. Thats my best.

The best 'white' (runewordable) druid helmet I've found was +3 fissure, +2 gris, +1 dire wolf.

I've made Delirium in it and used it on my Shaman for quite some time.

i found a +3 werewolf + 3 lycanthorpy lvl 6 one
it might have +1 psn creeper

but that is a good lld helmet

Best I could see before 30 is a level 18 feral rage wolf and I have my doubts about that build.

Hm. So if I were desparate for 1 skill (e.g. armageddon), I'd rather go for a blue item with +3 elemental and +3 single skill, I guess. IIRC, rares can't get the +3 to a skill tab. . .

Since everyone's talking about LLD druids, I'll share that a helmet I found yesterday:

+2 Elemental Skills
+3 Hurricane
+12 Life
Two sockets (Larzuk)

Req level 30 =)

Boy, I'm jealous. . . .

It seems you play on East NL? I'd make a fantastic offer for that helm . . .

That is, if you were trading it. And if you were on East Ladder. And if I actually had a druid who would use it. And if I had more than about 2 um runes to my name . . . oh, nevermind. But boy, a helm like that would make me want to create a druid just for rushing around little guys in my protective hurricane shell!
