I searched for a good 15 minutes but couldn't find any info.

With more players in a game, what exactly changes? I know that HP Increases, NoDrop chance decreases, and XP increases, but does their damage increase? Anything else? Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure but I would guess the undead stygian dolls death explosion damage is increased with more players in the game.... :goofy:

And it's something like 1.5x normal hp/exp in player 2, 2x in player 3 etc...

With more players there is also one more advantage: smaller NoDrop chance of each monster. But that also depends whether other players are partied with you / whether they are near enough.

But doesn't that have to do with their hp? Or is it some way to tell how much dmg they'll do? Or is it just a couple of thousand pretty random?

i think monster damage in general increases. a frigid run solo never kills me but 1 in an 8player game i die maybe 1in3 times. this could just be from the increased hp (don't kill them as fast so they hit me more) but i'm not sure.

It is based on their HP, though I'm unsure whether or not it's their Base HP or their total HP.

An increased player count adds 50% extra life and experience to each monster, and decreases the chance of a "no drop".

To my knowledge, it does not increase the actual damage of a monster. It might look like it does, but you need to remember that the monster has more HP now, so it'll be around longer to deal more damage. Likewise, having more HP means that you need to deal more damage to put it into hit recovery (1/12th of the monsters total life), and failure to do so means that they can attack unhindered.
