Necro Unique Weapon

Hello, I found a Grim's Burning dead Grim Scythe While Doing some baal runs with my sorc...

Stats on it are:
76-177 dmg
Needs 70/70 dex and Str to weild and a required lvl of 45
Fast atk Speed
3 to Necro Skill Lvls
154 Enchanced Dmg
-50 target defense
212 to atk rating
131-232 Fire damage
20 enhanced Def
46% fire resist
Atacker takes damage of 8
requirements -50%

Is this a good unique? What do you think i would get for it?

do u mean rare ? as in yellow

but for the rest, scythe's are 2 handed right, if so its prolly not that good because of the no shield, but the fire res/ skill is pretty nice tough :D

Unique, As in Gold or a dullish/faint yellow...

Do you think i could get anythign near a soj with it? or perhaps a couple tals pieces?
