Another Mf Barb Build & Questions

Ok I'm gonna make a mfer Barb using the Frenzy guild. I had some questions about my gear and skills.

1) Should I go with Shako with a Perfect Topaz or Arreat's Face with a Perfect Topaz?

2) I'm gonna use Grief Pb but what else should I use? I was thinking Azurewrath with either Shael or Ist.

3) I have Enigma and plan on Teleing alot. So for switch I was gonna go with dual Wizzy's or should I go with Hoto and Spirit?

4) Should I go with Trang's Belt for the CBF or go with Raven for the CBF and the dex?

My Gear so far is:

Shako or Arreats?
Enigma
Drac's
War Travs and Gores (for rushing)
Mara's
Raven and BK Ring
Upped Goldwrap or Trang's Belt?
Grief Pb and ........?
Switch: Dual Wizzy's or Hoto and Spirit?

I also plan on getting a might merc from nm and equip him with Insight, Bramble and Eth Crown Of Thieves.

1. for easy places like the pits: IK helm 40mf + 2x perf topaz. Shako is very nice, but looks SO BAD on a barb... Remember STYLE!
2. Lightsabre is very cool :) people tend to forget about it, but I think it would work very well for offhand (25% lightning absorb etc.)
3. fcr break point on a barb: 63 / 105 / 200
I used dual wizzys when baal runing, since teleporting go the throne room in a 8ppl game has to be fast and safe, and the 150 res all coused that even souls with conviction didn't do any dmg that I could notice with over 6k life :)
BUT, hoto + spirit provides a nice +5 warcry bonus = more life, def etc, and is enough to reach the 63 fcr breakpoint, no problem... I think I'd use hoto + spirit most of the time :)
4. Raven, grief PB has a horrible dex req, so raven. For your seckond ring use some sweet rare with str, dex, dual leech and res. BK is overrated :)
5. belt: use one of the following: verdungo, string of ears (if you feel you have to little leech, you shouldn't), or some godly crafted/rare belt. Crafted belts tend to be much better, I used a awsome caster belt I made to reach the 105 fcr with 2xwizzy. Blood belts are much better ofc. Look for 24fhr, 2x str, 60-80 life, 1-3 life leech, ow etc.

I plan to make mf barb. Now hes 14 lvl :). But i dont know what items to get. Here is my example:
