WIAS break for fury druid w/ tombreaver

Hi, i did some research and read thru a few pages but I couldn't find information on this. I found a post that says u need 25% more on tombreaver to reach 7/4/4/4/4. On ttp://www.geocities.com/boudewijn_broers_mfc/ guide. they only mention that 2 shael will reach 6/4/4/4/4.

Anyone know the exact %? I was thinking of socking a shael and 15% ias/40ED jewel. Will that break 6/4/4/4/4 as well? or am i being stupid asking this qns since if 15% + shael can break 6/4/4/4/4 then the guide in the above mention URL will have chosen tat way? Any help will be appreciated.

in my guide is stated that 30 more ias gives:7/4/4/4/4 fury nd with 40 more ias:6/4/4/4/4 as u mentioned
